Brand-led Change team

Brand-led change (BLC) is new practice area at Siegel+Gale focused on helping clients articulate their Purpose and brand promise and embed it throughout their organization to deliver on its full potential and achieve business results. This role blends a solid understanding of organization development, change management, leadership and people strategies with an appreciation of brand and its delivery from the inside-out. Our work spans employer branding and employee value proposition strategies, workforce communications, brand launch and employee engagement strategies, functional/organizational transformation initiatives, culture change and supporting messages and programs.

As an Intern in the Brand-led Change team at Siegel+Gale, you will:

• Conduct brand-focused research using primary sources (e.g. telephone interviews, ethnography, brand audits) and secondary sources (e.g. databases, journals, research reports)

• Translate findings into preliminary conclusions/implications

• Support the Brand-led Change teams in information analysis and presentation writing for client engagements

• Coordinate deliverable production / project logistics

• Apply your intelligence and ingenuity to structure qualitative and quantitative research that addresses our client’s toughest business problems, and breaks these complex issues into simple, logical parts

• Assist in writing thought leadership content related to brand, employee behaviors, company culture, etc.

You’re a great fit for this position if you have:

• You have a passion for understanding human behavior, culture, psychology or other social sciences

• A demonstrated interest in organizational psychology either via a declared major, extracurricular activities or previous job experience

• You have an appreciation for brands and how they influence our lives

• Customer experience work (e.g., design, web and app development, social media, product management)

• Clear and concise communication style in writing and visualization

• Internship experience (digitally oriented agency, market research, or in-house role preferred)
