As the Experience Group Director at Siegel+Gale, you will:

  • Manage client relationships and provide senior oversight and presence at client interactions
  • Create a clear roadmap across projects to extend engagements and relationships
  • Have responsibility for the quality and profitability of all client deliverables
  • Drive improvement, efficiency and effectiveness into all methodologies and deliverables
  • Apply industry trends to current client issues
  • Develop and inspire those around you; encourage, acknowledge and reward individual and team efforts
  • Manage and mentor a team of direct reports to help them reach individual and team goals
  • Direct and develop larger internal teams across multiple projects
  • Maintain constant client contact to build long term relationships and identify opportunities to grow business throughout clients’ organizations
  • Establish influential relationships with CXO members of client team
  • Act as practice expert/thought champion in new business efforts and client presentations
  • Oversee quality of concepts across multiple project teams simultaneously
  • Be formally responsible for direct reports’ professional development
  • Contribute to thought leadership (presentations at conferences; teaching classes; writing books)
  • Develop thought capital that demonstrates the organization’s point of view on customer and client experience and emerging trends
  • Contributes to firm-building activities

You’re a great fit for this position if you have:

  • A strong desire to create and contribute to an inclusive environment
  • 10+ years of agency, consultancy or client experience with a minimum of 5 years agency experience
  • An advanced degree
  • Mastery across all customer experience disciplines
  • Expertise across multiple industries
  • Exposure to development process of 1–2 other S+G practice areas

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $265,000. Please note, this is a hybrid position based out of our New York office.
